1. Delivery and Shipping Fee 

  • What are the delivery options and when can I received my order?

  • Are there any restricted zones in Singapore that you do not deliver to? 

We do not deliver to restricted areas such as Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island, Sentosa Island and Lazarus Island. 

 

  • What happen if I missed my delivery? 

After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to us. Redelivery can still be arranged, although the fees for additional delivery would apply. 

 

  • I have not received my order. Who can I contact? 

Your estimated delivery date will be in your order confirmation email & your account dashboard – please allow until this date for your order to arrive.  

Kindly note that your parcel will take  

  • 3-5 days for Standard Delivery Option 
  • 1-2 days for Express Delivery Option 

If your estimated delivery date has passed, and there are no known delivery delays, please email us at urbanminimalists@gmail.com so we can further assist you. 

 

  • Can I change my delivery details? 

You will not be able to amend your delivery details once your order is placed. However, drop us a message and we will do what we can to help! If order has been collected by our delivery partner, we may not be able to retrieve it. Do contact us as soon as possible if you need to make amendments.  

 

Delivery delays may occur if there is a request to amend the delivery address, but we promise we will try our best to minimise this. 

 

2. Order Tracking 

 

  • How do I check the delivery status of my order? 

A tracking number will be provided to you once the order has been packed and shipped.

 

  • How can I check on the status of my delivery? 

You can track the status with the tracking number on the courier's website. 

     

    3. Order Issue 

     

    • Can I change my delivery option from Standard to Express delivery after the order has been placed?  

    Once your order is confirmed, changes or cancellation to your order cannot be made. Please make sure to check your order carefully before making your purchase! 

     

    •  I’m not sure if my order was successful, what do I do? 

    You will receive an order confirmation from us through your email once your order is successful.
