  •  I received a wrong item, what should I do? 

Our apologies for the mistake! 

Please give us chance to make up for this – drop us an email at Urbanminimalists@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of delivery with the following information: 

  1. Your order reference  
  1. The details of the product you ordered 
  1. A photo of the item you received 

We will get back to you as soon as we can, on the next steps to take. 

For incorrect item(s) received. You will be sent a return postage label for return. Please make sure the item(s) are unworn and sent back to us in the original packaging. 

 

  •  I received a defective item, how do I request for an exchange?

Please give us chance to fix this – drop us an email at Urbanminimalists@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of delivery with the following information: 

  1. Your order reference  
  1. The details of the product you ordered 
  1. Photos of the defect 

We will get back to you as soon as possible and assist you with an exchange. If the product is no longer in-stock, store credit or a refund will be issued. 

For defective items, you will be sent a return postage label to return your order. Please make sure your item are unworn and sent back to us in the original packaging. 

  

  • What is your Return & Exchange Policy? 

We accept returns or exchange for regular priced items in their original condition (tags intact and packaged in its original packaging). Once your return has been processed, store credits with a two month validity will be issued to your Urban Minimalists account.

Orders made with promotional codes, sales items are non-returnable.

If you intend to do a return or exchange, kindly drop us an email at Urbanminimalists@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the parcel. 

After we acknowledge your email, you will need to mail the item(s) in the original condition (tags intact and in original packaging) to us within 7 days. The parcel should reach us within 7 days after approval regardless of method of return.

 

  • How to return

To allow us to identify your parcel, please indicate the following information on your parcel:

- Your order number
- Your Name and Email
- Our address

Mailing

We strongly recommend returning via a traceable form of postage (eg: SingPost smart pac/registered mail) or your preferred courier (eg: Grab / Qxpress/ Easyparcel/ NinjaVan). Please note that we are not responsible for lost mails.
